No. The QR opens straight in their browser — nothing to download, no app, no sign-up.
It's the same model professional translators use as a first pass. For the dishes where local nuance matters, like your kashk-e bademjan or your capricciosa con scarola, you rewrite the line by hand once and we keep your version after that, even when the rest of the menu retranslates.
Yes, automatically. When you import your menu, the AI recognizes the 14 standard EU allergens and marks them on every dish it can. If you operate in Europe, you're legally required to declare them anyway (Regulation EU 1169/2011) — we make it the default instead of a checkbox you have to remember. You can add, remove, or override anything by hand.
Never. The QR is permanent. Update your dishes, prices, or availability as often as you like — guests always scan the same code. Print it once and forget about it.
Yes. Snap a photo of your printed menu, upload a PDF, or paste text from Excel. The AI pulls out every dish, category, and price. You check it, fix anything that looks off, and publish.
There's a button in your settings. Your menu stays live until the end of your billing period, and we don't follow up with a win-back email or a phone call.
